Land based or water based options to choose from, wether you want to develop your team working skills for a particular project, to get to know team members for for a development day away from the office we can support you to plan an activitiy that suits the team.

Water Based Team Build
Raft Building – in teams of up to six, take on the water with your raft built by your team, can you keep it together?
KataKanuing – teams of four to six people take on the other boats to be crowned king of the water or take on our treasure hunt (adult and child versions) to see who can get back with all of the treasure.
Dragon Boating – Teams of 11 take on eachother in our Dragon Boats, racing over a short course which team can sort out their perfect timing and race plan to get ahead.
Land Based Team Build
Problem solving challenges – sessions can be arranged into hour, three hour or day activities. Teams of four to six people challenge the other teams, who can solve the problems both quickly and effectively?
Orienteering – Out with a map and compass? Remember your training as a youngster and take a walk / jog around our course.
